When purchasing from the Carlsberg Official Store on Shopee, the Mini Bluetooth Speaker will be delivered together with your order, while stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis.
The receipt (proof of purchase) must clearly display the following details:
• Receipt number
• Name and/or logo of the outlet where the purchase was made
• Date of purchase
• Participating products purchased
• Correct amount/quantity purchased

After completing the required fields and uploading your receipt, a pop-up thank-you message will appear. Additionally, you will receive an email from carlsberg@s360plus.com to notify you that your submission was successful. Once your entry is approved, we will process and deliver your Mini Bluetooth Speaker to the given delivery address within Sixty [60] working days. You may check your redemption status at https://bestwithcarlsberg.my/wos/en/chk_status by keying in your submitted mobile number.
One [1] unique mobile number and NRIC may redeem up to a maximum of Four [4] Mini Bluetooth Speaker.
Each receipt you submit will be reviewed based on the promotion rules for that trade channel (e.g. Bars, Cafés & Restaurant/ Coffee Shops & Food Courts/ Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, 99 Speedmart & E-commerce). We’ll help calculate how many redemptions you qualify for from the total spend shown on your receipt. Redemptions are always rounded down to the nearest whole number. There will be a total of 30,000 units of Mini Bluetooth Speaker available for redemptions throughout the promotion period.
Yes. One [1] unique mobile number and NRIC can win One [1] set of five Mini Bluetooth Speaker and redeem up to a maximum of Four [4] Mini Bluetooth Speaker.
The Mini Bluetooth Speaker is packed as a blind box and distributed on a random basis. Requests for specific designs will not be entertained.
If you receive a Mini Bluetooth Speaker that is damaged or not functioning, please contact our support team via email at carlsberg@s360plus.com within Seven [7] days of receiving the item. Kindly provide a clear video of the damaged speaker, along with your full name, mobile number, and delivery address for verification purposes. We will review your case and assist with a replacement, subject to the promotion's terms and conditions.

No, there is no limit to the number of entries that can be submitted for this promotion. You can submit as many entries as you wish by following the guidelines and requirements set out in the terms and conditions or promotional materials.
If you are shortlisted as a winner, you will receive a WhatsApp message from 011-6069 7516 within 30 working days after the end of the promotion period. To be confirmed as a winner, you will be required to answer a skill-based question correctly, provide your delivery details and submit your photo ID within Three [3] working days for verification.
All shortlisted winners will be contacted through WhatsApp using the mobile number provided during submission. If you have been shortlisted but did not receive the message (for example, due to phone settings, number changes, or technical issues), our contest team will also reach out via the email address provided during submission during the verification period.

Failure to answer the question correctly will result in the prize being forfeited by the Organizer.
Failure to respond within Three [3] working days with the required delivery details, photo ID for verification, and/or a correct answer to the skill-based question will result in the prize being forfeited. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the shortlisted winner with the next eligible participant on the list.
Failure to provide a photo ID for verification will result in the prize being forfeited by the Organizer. Please be assured that all personal information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and will be used solely for verification purposes.
Once the Winners are confirmed, delivery of prizes will be completed within 60 working days from the date of the official winner announcement.

No. One (1) set of five Mini Bluetooth Speakers consists of five different designs, including the secret design, packed as blind boxes. The designs are fixed and cannot be changed.
